Get in Touch With Us

This page explains how to contact the Betting Not On Gamstop editorial team, what we can help with and, just as importantly, what we can't. We publish research-based guides to betting sites not on GamStop. We are a comparison site, not a bookmaker, so we can't see or change anything in your betting account.

Who to contact for what

Many messages we receive are really meant for the bookmaker, the regulator or a support charity. This table should save you time.

What you can contact us about

  • Corrections. Terms, bonuses and payment options change often. If you spot a detail that no longer matches a bookmaker's current terms, tell us which page and which statement. Our information was last fact-checked on 1 October 2026.
  • Feedback. Tell us if a guide on wagering requirements, odds, withdrawals or verification left something unclear.
  • Topic ideas. We cover sports betting, bonuses, payments, bet types and mobile betting. You can ask for a deeper look at any of them, or at our guide to non GamStop casinos.
  • Partnership or editorial enquiries. Introduce your organisation and say what you have in mind.

What to include in your message

  1. The page address or title you are writing about.
  2. The exact statement or detail you are querying.
  3. What you believe is correct, and a source if you have one, such as the bookmaker's terms page.
  4. The date you saw the information, if it is time-sensitive.

Please don't send passwords, full card numbers or identity documents. We will never ask for them.

What we can't do

We don't operate any of the betting sites we review, so we can't:

  • recover funds, release a withdrawal or reverse an account closure;
  • negotiate with a bookmaker on your behalf;
  • confirm whether a particular payment method will work on your account;
  • offer personal betting tips or advice on how to win back losses.

We have no way of guaranteeing outcomes with any bookmaker, and nothing we publish is a promise of winnings or withdrawals.

Having a problem with a bookmaker?

Start with the operator. Most have a complaints procedure set out in their terms. A sensible order is:

  1. Contact customer support in writing, such as by email or live chat transcript, so you have a record.
  2. Keep screenshots of your balance, bet slips, bonus terms and any messages.
  3. If the reply is unsatisfactory, use the formal complaints route named in the terms and ask for a final response.
  4. Check which dispute body or licensing authority the operator names. Sites licensed overseas are not covered by UK Gambling Commission dispute rules, so your options may be more limited.

Many withdrawal disputes come down to identity checks, source-of-funds queries or breached bonus conditions. Reading the terms before you deposit helps more than anything else.

If gambling is causing you harm

If betting is becoming a worry, please speak to someone. GamCare runs the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, and its support is free and confidential. Tools such as GAMSTOP self-exclusion, deposit and loss limits, and gambling blocking software can also help. If you have registered with GAMSTOP, think carefully before using a site outside that scheme, because those sites do not take part in it. Gambling should never be treated as a way to earn money or fix financial problems. You must be 18 or over to gamble.

What happens after you write

A person on our team reads each message. We can't promise a set reply time, but we will respond to relevant enquiries and update pages where a correction is confirmed. We are independent, and our rankings are not for sale, though we may earn commission if you use some links on this site. Commission does not decide where an operator appears.
